 Easy Street Beer

I didn’t know this before we moved here, but Colorado has the most breweries/micro-breweries than any other state in the US! Ah yes, beer, sushi, Korean food, and 300 days of sunshine a year (more than Hawaii or Florida). I think I have found my paradise…

My latest favorite beer is from a micro-brewery called Easy Street and it’s their wheat beer. For those that don’t drink beer, wheat beers have more wheat in them (of course) and are usually unfiltered, which produces a cloudy looking beer. They are often called “Hefeweizen” and are commonly served with lemon wedges, but I prefer mine without lemon. This particular beer is light, crisp, and very tasty. Here’s more info on wheat beers:

We usually get it from a shop called Superior Liquor (they are a liquor store located in Superior, the town we will be living in) and they have a HUGE selection of alcohol. They also have a “mix-and-match” section, where you can create your own six-pack among many different choices of beer and other bottled alcohol. Sweeeet.
